On-going Technical Support - 
A back-up provision to the on-site staff during normal operation and also in the event of emergency situations.

Critical Building Audit
 - This is a one-off exercise to establish a base line and to promote a proactive approach to the system.
A visit is paid for familiarisation and to complete a critical building audit template for essential services.

Post Critical Building Audit Work
 - Follow-up work after the critical building audit to address any immediate issues that are highlighted. A specific example is the IST (Integrated Systems Test) regime whereby every essential system, mechanical and electrical, in every business critical site is tested to prove its operation.
